Targeted individuals?

There may have been bullying at columbine. There may also have been something called, targeted individual outside of columbine. This is where a group of criminals organize attacks on a person. They all swarm and follow the person wherever they go, causing injury, nerve damage, fear, reinjury, pollute their air. Everything they can do and no one even knows they are doing it except those that knowtice it . It really happens. The stalkers must be rich, on disability or workmans comp because they dont have to work. They plan attacks somehow either the night before or earlier that day. They coordinate. It could be another thing they were going through. It doesnt excuse their crimes but i understand the constant attack from those targeting criminal organizations.
