I first began researching Columbine in 2012. Pretty early compared to many others, but even then there were Columbine resources that have since been lost. This includes the Shocked Beyond Belief forum (it was close to being done for at the time) which held a huge archive of posts that are irrecoverable. Also dylanklebold.net (I think?) which contained quite an array of information and theories, though more conspiracy-based than others. Then of course are the sites made way back when, shortly after 4/20 such as "The Shrine of Eric and Dylan". The only traces of these sites were from posts in the SBB forum, so nowadays we've got nothing to go on. I'm sure a lot of this information was fabricated, but even urban legends are of interest to me.

This isn't even touching on the original sites and postings of Eric and Dylan. I understand the web was a different beast back in the day, so it makes sense that those have been lost (or taken down by the FBI)

I'm curious how much genuine information has been lost over the years that once existed on the web. Even seeing the strange early fan sites and groups would be very interesting.

Speaking of "fan sites" has anyone here seen the Eric Harris girl on YouTube? She has like 7 or 8 videos of 30 second clips worshiping EH. I always wondered if she was a troll or just mentally I'll....

I'm still new to this, but I came across her and couldn't believe what I was watching. I found her Facebook page too and she says hateful things about the victims. I've concluded that she is mentally ill. She just acts strange and has odd mannerisms in her videos. But I don't know for sure. I think I saw a video where she had an Eric Harris pillow case. Also, she claims that she's in her early 30's but looks like she's much older.... Maybe late 40's.

I was home from school on 4/20/99 and have been interested since the beginning -- I've never posted before recently, but I remember the old CRTF forum from back around 2004-2005 -- there was always a lot of arguing between "Calance" and maybe Randy Brown? I can't remember and can't crawl the page on the Wayback Machine.

There is no need to use the Wayback Machine, the CRTF forum still exists: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

The CRTF forum! I forgot about this resource. Very interesting to see the theories and things dug up by the researchers in the 4-7 years following Columbine. I think they and a lot of other groups became moot once the full journals and other police records were made public. Severa members talking about something "big" they were onto without ever releasing anything. From what I heard the forum owner lost access to the forum so no new members can join. Not sure where I heard it.

Racheljoyscott.net was a Rachel Scott fansite (now down but can be accessed using the Wayback machine).

The webmaster was completely obsessed with Rachel.
