Nobody knew Eric was on meds only till after the massacre?

His family of course knew. I think also some friends might have known.

Cause if people knew it'd make quite a difference with how they treated him or, being aware of certain signs.

I don't have any hard based facts that I can find readily. I do know that Brooks has talked about it but I take everything he says with a grain of salt.

Eric's mom was the one to mention to the recruiting officer that he was on the medication though. Eric did not tell the recruiter this.
