I was curious about shooter that were known to have used these kinds of bullets, as the bullet type isn't often specified.
Dylann Roof, Colin Ferguson, Thomas Hamiliton, Gian Luigi Ferri, James Wilson and Seung Hui Cho are the only ones that I am aware, and I'd be interested in learning about other such cases.
