Sorry, I probably wasn't clear enough about my first fact. Bastian did play Counterstrike in order to test his maps, but never played online like a lot of news articles said. He himself stated as much in a post on the Counterstrike.de forums:

Imagine if instead he livestreamed the school shooting on yt with the same outfit he had when he killed himself

I think he could've got some body count with that slow recoil but a powerful shotgun

I swear I also heard he was into Columbine case aswell. There are a lot theories on why he killed himself too, I am still quite curious of how his dead body looked like on his floor but we never get to see it because Canada does not publish that publicly..
