What is the "fifth surveillance camera" that Randy Brown mentioned?

Rather than bumping an old thread I thought I'd make a new topic.

Apparently there were four surveillance cameras outside Columbine that recorded from 3:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day. Randy Brown makes reference to a fifth camera. JCSO denies its existence but Randy claims it's visible on an "unclassified F.B.I. map of the school" and implies monkey business.

Have any veteran Columbiners seen these maps and can confirm the existence of the camera and its placement? And has it been confirmed that the cameras only recorded from 3:00 PM to 5:00 AM? If so, wouldn't the footage of these cameras not be particularly interesting anyway?

There was a 5th Camera in the Cafeteria, although the Cafeteria Footage only includes 4.

Randy may have been referencing that one.
