Siquijor massacre - A man one Sunday waylaid the people who were returning from church to their rural homes on the island Siquijor, Philippines. After dispatching one group with his bolo he would move closer towards town until he chanced upon the next party, thus preventing for some time that information about the murders could spread. He continued in this manner until the slaughter was finally discovered, whereupon the people stoned him to death.

Huang Guozhen On the afternoon of March 19, 1989 in Nafang, China Huang Guozhen became drunk, set fire to his house and, armed with a firewood knife, went to his brother's home. There he killed Huang Xiangbang and his wife, and afterwards proceeded to the market where he attacked people at random. In total he killed 16 or 17 people, including elderly, women and children, and wounded two others. Witnessing the murders Huang Guoqin took a shovel, fought with the perpetrator, and with the assistance of village party secretary Zhou Youbang and several others was eventually able to subdued him. Those who aided in Huang's capture were rewarded by the Municipal People's Government for their bravery.

Durval Pereira da Costa At 8:30 p.m. in Belo Horizonte, Brazil the 30-year-old, who originated from Morro do Chapéu, Bahia, was along a number of people in the Estação Central and had a sudden attack and, making threatening gestures, first stabbed seven people. While escaping he stabbed ten more people, among them a four-months-old baby. At the Praça Rui Barbosa, da Cruz entered a bar and threatened anyone who tried to subdue him. A woman who was present at the bar, got a chair and knocked da Cruz by hitting him in the head with the chair. da Cruz, though injured, attempted to injure a civil guard, but was finally subdued and arrested.

Andres Sacopla Sacopla became despondent and irritable due to the hardships caused by month-long floods in July the same year. On the aforementioned date the 48-year-old left his buffalo in a paddy, and upon return found his lunch box missing. Suspecting that it was stolen by a neighbour, Sacopla went home, armed himself with a shotgun, and began shooting people in Cabayugan, Philippines. He was eventually cornered in an abandoned house by a village official, who grabbed his gun and fatally hit him on the head.

Travis Reinking was stopped during his Waffle House massacre, Jared Laughner was jumped, William Atchison was stopped by a sofa then he became An Hero. Also an ISIS jihadi was jumped on a French train in 2015, before he could commit a mass Shooting.

Baruch Goldstein After killing 29 Palestinian Muslim worshippers and wounding another 125, someone in the crowd hurled a fire extinguisher, which struck him on the head, he was overcome, disarmed and then beaten to death.

Richard Durn At 1:15am, Durn opened fire on Council Meeting, killing 8 councillors and injuring 19 more, one of them then threw a chair at him and was overpowered. Once he was overpowered, Durn began shouting "kill me! kill me!"

Colin Ferguson On December 7, 1993, Ferguson opened fire on passengers as the Long Island Rail Road train pulled into the Merillon Avenue station in Garden City, New York, killing 6 and injuring 19. While reloading, somebody yelled; "grab him!" he was then tackled by 3 passengers who pinned him to one of the train's seats.

Ernst August Wagner on 4 September 1913 he killed his wife and four children in Degerloch. He subsequently drove to Mühlhausen an der Enz where he set several fires and shot 20 people, of whom at least nine died, before he was beaten unconscious by furious villagers and left for dead.
