A few I can think of (most are less than 10 deaths): 2002 University of Arizona shooting: 3 deaths 2019 Yountville Veteran's Home shooting: 4 deaths (including unborn child) 2017 Weis Market shooting: 3 deaths 2017 Aztec High School shooting: 2 deaths Most family murders
There aren't too many I can think of, but hopefully someone will list more.

The 2014 Las Vegas shooting; Jerad and Amanda Miller (who both held anti-government and anti-police views) shot and killed three people (two police officers and an armed civilian). Jerad was shot and killed by police, whilst Amanda committed suicide after being wounded. The pair used a Winchester 1300 shotgun, an M&P 9mm pistol, a .38 Ruger LCR as well as two other guns stolen from police officers; a Glock 17 and a USP.
The Oyoun Qara shooting; Ami Popper, an Israeli, stole a Galil assault rifle from his brother (along with IDF uniform and ammunition), before shooting and killing seven arab men at a bus stop. He fled the scene in his car, but was arrested.
The Fahs shootings; mentally ill farmer Ben Jebir used a shotgun to shoot and kill twelve people, before committing suicide on March 26th, 1985.
