I did some digging and found out what stickers Saint Palmeter used on his machete (which is a Gerber Gator Machete Jr by the way).

I remember someone on Reddit managed to get his autopsy report and toxicology, but they didn't post his autopsy. I wonder if anyone else has it. I tried to request it myself once, but it got rejected.
