I read another article about them, one of them broke into his girlfriend's house. He also carved his name into her back.

Yeah, apparently he broke into the girl's house dressed as Eric Harris and holding a knife however was startled by the girl's mom and ran away.

Almost certainty it would have ended up as a failed shooting, and one that is laughed at as a failure.
