I know where the Columbine connection comes from, but where did you hear that he took inspiration from/interest in the others?
He was part of online true crime communities. My guess is in regards to ISIS, he was probably fascinated by their terrorist attacks. Also in regards to Onoprienko, he was interested in serial killers in addition to school and mass shooters, and probably based on his geographical location, its sorta no wonder he would be interested in him, since Ukraine was his birth country, IIRC he was also into other Ukrainian and Russian serial killers like Alexander Pichushkin, Andrei Chikatilo, the Dnepropetrovsk Maniacs, etc.

He was probably inspired by other far right shooters but I don’t know exactly which ones.
Pretty sure he also looked up to Breivik

Anders Behring Breivik: -Timothy McVeigh (From what I've researched I think he took inspiration from him mainly for the bombing of the Government Quarter) -Theodore Kaczynski (Plagiarized parts of his manifesto)
These are the only ones I know of
Morio Tanimoto: -Shinji Aoba
