I know where the Columbine connection comes from, but where did you hear that he took inspiration from/interest in the others?
He was part of online true crime communities. My guess is in regards to ISIS, he was probably fascinated by their terrorist attacks. Also in regards to Onoprienko, he was interested in serial killers in addition to school and mass shooters, and probably based on his geographical location, its sorta no wonder he would be interested in him, since Ukraine was his birth country, IIRC he was also into other Ukrainian and Russian serial killers like Alexander Pichushkin, Andrei Chikatilo, the Dnepropetrovsk Maniacs, etc.

He was probably inspired by other far right shooters but I don’t know exactly which ones.
Pretty sure he also looked up to Breivik

For what it's worth, this is what the FBI BAU had to say about that hypothesis. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Adam was undoubtedly influenced by previous shooters in some way (and some investigators believe that he was focused on trying to learn from their techniques and mistakes) but ultimately, the BAU didn't seem convinced that he was trying to "outscore" anyone, as it had been reported early on after his spreadsheet was discovered. Despite some early statements in the media suggesting that it was a "scorecard" of sorts, Adam described the spreadsheet as a research tool to assist in "answering statistical questions."
The absence of evidence does not definitively prove that he did not view the attack as a competition but this is what they said in their summary.

Pekka was not influenced by columbine. and the FBI may be everything people believe it to be, but that's about it. they will never really understand what is behind the attacks and will never be able to stop them.

Tavallisen ihmiskunnan on luettava vihollisensa, yritettävä hallita heitä. köyhiä heitä, sillä he eivät koskaan tee sitä. nykyajan ihmiskunnan vihollisia suojellaan ja niitä käsitellään.

Nikolas Cruz searched up "mcdonalds mass shooting", so he knew about James Huberty/San Ysidro He also searched up "massacure in hotel" (No idea if he trying to search up the 2008 Mumbai Attacks or just for mass shootings at hotels in general?), "poly tech massacre" (Ecole Polytechnique),"L.A killing rampage" (could be anyones guess as to what he was looking for), "las vegas shooting" so he knew about Stephen Paddock

There’s no logical reason Adam Lanza wouldn’t have wanted to outscore the other shooters. He undoubtedly, if you again look at the manner how he carried out the shooting, was trying to kill just about as many as possible. It was actually a pretty large elementary school by all accounts, and the fact that he kind of targeted women and children specifically was likely both an ideological decision and a tactical choice so he could kill them more easily. General rule in shootings: shooting women and children is easier and more fun.

Salvador Ramos looked up information on the 2022 Buffalo shooting shortly before his attack. However, there's no real evidence suggesting that Ramos was inspired by Gendron in any way.

Orlando Harris wrote the following names in his journal:
Stephen Paddack (one of his primary influences) Omar Mateen Seung-Hui Cho Adam Lanza Devin Patrick Kelley George Hennard Patrick Crusius (or curtius, sic) James Huberty Salvador Ramos (theorized by some as his other biggest influence) Nikolas Cruz Eric Harris & Dylan Klebold (obviously) James Holmes Robert Bowers Payton Gendron Dylann Roof
The last 2 are espescially interesting of him to include, considering he was black. Maybe he hated other black people? Though this is probably obviously the case since he hated his former school, where the majority of the student body is over 70% black
As for if he researched the cases online and showed interest or if he listed them for the sake of wanting to compare himself to the deadlist mass shooters in US history, it still isn't clear. Although he did write "after seeing what happened in vegas" and wrote down "hellfire trigger" in a checklist of weapons and gear he would need for the attack on CVPA, Salvador Ramos used a hellfire trigger during at Robb Elementary; so I'm of the opinion he may have actually done some research, as for the scale of which we don't know, but maybe we'll find out when the police report is released
