I have mixed feelings about CCTV of attacks but I would've liked to have seen that.

Also, Shinji Aoba (2019 Kyoto Animation arson attack) shouted "Die!" as he poured gasoline.
Charles Whitman said to the elevator attendant Vera Palmer after she activated the elevator for him, thinking he was a repair man: "Thank. you, ma'am. You don't know how happy that makes me."
Don Walden, encountering him on the observation deck, started to ask him if he was going to shoot pigeons. Instead he said "hello," to which Whitman responded "Hi, how are you?" His shooting spree began minutes later.

During the Trollhättan school stabbing:
David Issa said, "What the hell are you doing?!” (before being hit, but surviving.)
Students ask him if they can take a picture with him; he nods.
Nazir Amso, a teacher, asks him: "Who are you?" (He is then stabbed.)
Wahed Kosa, a student, asks him: "Who are you?" (He is then stabbed, after a 20-second facedown.)
Classmates then yell out "Now it is war!" after they see the stabbed Kosa, thinking it was a joke.
Police said to Pettersson, "Police! Drop the sword!" Instead, he advances and is shot, ending the attack.
He asks the police for help before laying quietly. They take off his mask and ask his name: he responds, "Anton Lundin Pettersson." As far as I am aware, those are his last documented words.

Definitely a creepy mental image lol. Maybe he didn’t do anything too outlandish like that, I think a couple of other shooters (very few) might have done it too (like I can imagine Dimitrios Pagourtzis dancing a little when he sang “Another One Bites The Dust” during the Santa Fe shooting).

Huan Yun Xiang: Screaming "you never understand me!" while standing on a desk and shooting.

Abdul Razak Ali Artan (2016 Ohio State University attack): "I'm going to kill you" (as he slashed a woman.)
He also let out a "war cry" as he exited his Honda Civic after driving it through a crowd.

Chris Harper-Mercer:
"I want everybody on the ground."
(Told everyone to get to the center of the room.)
"It will be a miracle if any of you survive today."

*On August 22, 2013, a 5-year old accidently fired a handgun in his elementary school cafeteria.

As far as I am aware, it is illegal to share the video in New Zealand, and people have been arrested for it.
However, I don't think accessing it is illegal.
